SMS program
LeadLatch Operational Alerts
Optional, non-promotional alerts for authorized representatives of locksmith businesses that use LeadLatch.
What we send
Actionable shop updates, never marketing
Alerts may identify a callback request, a newly booked job, or a voicemail that needs review, and they include the caller details needed to return the call, such as name, callback number, service address, and job details. If you would rather those details stayed out of a lock-screen text, leave alerts off and use the notification email and dashboard instead.
An alert that has not been acknowledged repeats until an authorized user replies OK or the request is closed, because an unreturned callback is a lost customer.
This program does not send advertising, cold outreach, purchased-list messages, or texts to callers.
How consent works
Separate, optional enrollment
An authorized customer representative enters an optional mobile number in authenticated LeadLatch notification settings and checks a separate SMS consent box. The box is not preselected. Changing the number requires fresh consent.
Message frequency varies with shop call activity and with alerts you have not acknowledged. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing LeadLatch.
This public page explains the program. It is not an opt-in form, and the public contact form does not enroll anyone in SMS.
Controls
STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help. Arbitrary replies are not monitored as a support channel. For assistance, email support@leadlatch.org.
Opting out of SMS does not disable email or dashboard notifications or the LeadLatch voice service. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
