Every plan is the same receptionist. The only thing that changes is how many calls it covers. The price is on this page because you should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.
Starter

Metered by the minute. Most calls run about a minute, so that is what the call figures assume; a longer call uses more than one.
While we are still early
You will not get a surprise bill.
LeadLatch is taking on its first shops, and the usage meter that counts your minutes is still being finished. Until it is, going over your included calls costs you nothing.
Put plainly: you pay the monthly price on your plan, and nothing else. If a busy week takes you past your included calls, we are not going to bill you for it. When the meter is finished you will be able to see your usage before anything changes, and we will tell you first.
Every plan
The plans differ by volume. Nothing else.
There is no cheaper version that answers worse. A shop on the smallest plan gets exactly the same receptionist as a shop on the largest one.

About the money.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $79 a month, which covers about 120 calls, and go up from there. It’s metered by the minute, so a long call uses more of your allowance than a short one, and anything past your allowance is billed at your plan’s per-minute rate.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly price on your plan and nothing else to get started.
What happens if I go over my included calls?
While we are still early, nothing. Each plan lists a per-minute rate for going over, but the usage meter is still being finished, so until it is we are not billing for it. When it is ready you will be able to see your usage, and we will tell you before anything changes.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, and it is just a change to your plan rather than a rebuild of anything. If your phone gets busier, move up. If a quiet season comes, move down.
Do I need any other software to make this work?
No. LeadLatch does not sit on top of a field-service platform, so there is nothing else to buy first. You keep your number, your calendar lives with us, and nothing about how you already work has to change.
