1. Scope
This statement applies to the public LeadLatch website and the authenticated LeadLatch dashboard. It does not apply to third-party websites or tools LeadLatch does not control.
2. Commitment and target
LeadLatch is committed to making its website and application usable by people with disabilities. LeadLatch targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
3. Conformance status
LeadLatch has not completed a full manual assistive-technology audit or an independent third-party accessibility audit. WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance has not been formally verified. This statement is not a certification or declaration of full conformance.
4. Measures and testing
LeadLatch's design and development practices include semantic HTML, associated form labels, keyboard and focus consideration, color-contrast review, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support where implemented. Automated tools may supplement testing but are not treated as proof of conformance.
5. Known limitations
A complete limitation inventory is not available because a full audit has not been performed. Known open work includes a complete screen-reader pass, authenticated-dashboard testing, form error and announcement testing, zoom and reflow verification, and independent review.
6. Alternative access and feedback
If a page or feature creates a barrier, email accessibility@leadlatch.org with the page or feature,
the problem, and any browser or assistive technology information you wish to provide. LeadLatch will
work to provide the information or function through a reasonable alternative where practicable.
This statement does not promise a fixed response or remediation time.
7. Review
LeadLatch will update the version and date when material accessibility information changes.
