What changed in LeadLatch.

Important product changes, call-handling improvements, and clearer ways to understand what LeadLatch can do. Small interface polish stays out so the useful work is easy to scan.

A receptionist shaped around the shop

Sam, Riley, and Alex now make the three useful starting points clear, and shops can ask us to custom-build a different boundary.

    • Choose missed-call intake, missed-call qualification and booking, or broader call coverage.
    • Set which calls it answers, what it may say, and where it must hand control back.
    • Compare the three options by the point each one reaches in the call.

Availability now follows the actual shop

Open slots can follow shop hours, technician shifts, time off, and work already on the calendar.

    • A technician with no separate shift inherits the shop hours.
    • Configured closed days stay different from an unconfigured schedule.
    • Bookings still write during the call, before the caller hangs up.

Real drive time reached the live call

Address qualification moved from a map radius to a routed, traffic-aware drive-time check.

    • A specific address is confirmed before the service-area decision runs.
    • The route follows real roads rather than straight-line distance.
    • Prices and available times are looked up from shop rules instead of invented by the voice model.
